The feeder bus stop is right opposite the main gate. You may cook in the fully equipped kitchen or have a bbq party at the private roof terrace upstairs. Imagine having a sip of coffee on the roof terrace while watching the eagles fly. The other tenants are a Belgium couple who are hardly in Singapore. Free fast speed 300 mbps fibre optic wireless internet is provided but PUB bill is not included in the rent. I am looking for a single professional or a couple.
